Chris and MountAVision deserve *higher* than a rating of a paltry 10.
I have bothered Chris with many questions, price quotes, etc. in the past, and he has always handled himself and the situation in a most exemplary manner.
He is undoubtedly the most straight-forward, honest, helpful, courteous, friendly (yet very profesional) retailer/e-tailer I have ever dealt with in my 67 years.
As a forum sponsor (Chris-not *me*!) on avs.com, I have witnessed many times his concerned and helping attitude in helping to resolve problems for members who were NOT EVEN HIS CUSTOMERS! I would consider this "above and beyond".
I realize this sounds like a promotion for The Boy Scouts of America, or some other hype and hoopla, but believe me, I do not personally know, nor am I affilliated in any way, with Chris nor anyone else in the company nor the company itself.
I will be placing my next substaially larger order soon, (My last order was for an LCD HDTV, which has been delivered flawlessly, now set up, and perfect!) and I would invite you to give Chris a call and learn of which I speak.
