First, a word about "the others." In this case, Panaxonic America. They didn't have the knowledge to ask me the right questions, and sold me a stylus for their turntable (SL-QL1) without asking if I had changed the cartridge. I had some years ago, and did not remember doing so. Blame that on a "Senior Moment!" When I called to say that the stylus they sent was incorrect, they said "send it back" and then referred me to an appliance site on-line. That didn't work, so I did a web serch and found your site. With a phone number!
I don't recall who I talked to, but he walked me through until we found the right stylus, about 15 minutes of time to get me navigated through the site.
I placed my order on the 17th and received my stylus on the 27th, a lot faster than I expected.
Great job! and I will return in the future as needed.
