The package arrived as described. It took a while, (Received December 30, 2009) but I got it. I used airmail for shipping.

I also used the website to submit a request to their staff and they responded to it in 3 days.

Good service but a bit slow on shipping and replying to customer inquiries, but that's understandable with the time zone differences/holiday season.

Got item that was advertised in new condition. Works great. Shipping took a week with HK air mail(cheapest shipping option) to US. Highly recommend.
