Before you believe their 7.50 rating on here look at how old many of those ratings are, how close within a confined timeframe and, most importantly, how many reviewers ONLY reviewed this company 5 stars and then NEVER to come back .
This is a sure tell red flag on this website, now that I have looked more closely. Unfortunately it was after the order I placed. Agin, this rating is highly questionable and after the nonsensical and sneering call I received from their sales aka customer service I am more convinced than ever that they rig their rating. Allegedly. I have been fair with other companies but these guys do not deserve a good review from me. Remember: lowest price comes at a cost and in this case the cost is hidden into customer service and lack of courtesy. Below is more detail, in case interested. I ended up going to newegg which shipped , without any questions or stupid calls with stupid dialogue, within 2 hrs. And it was less than 20 dollars more for the item I wanted (over 600 dollars).
Even though the sales lady claimed she paid my credit card back I am still out of the funds, assuming it will take a while to be applied but if it is not credited by the end of Wednesday I will report them with master card and with BBB. .... Read below if you will.

This is one of those companies aspiring to be at the level or Newegg or Amazon but LACKING ANY AND ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE skill or intellect.

My NAS server died on saturday and I placed an order with them for a Synology DS411+.
They immediately charge my card.
However, on Monday pm, a lady calls and requires a BUSINESS email address, stating that GMAIL is subject to fraud.
I tell her that it is a company violation for me to use work email for a personal order and will not do that. They have my home number mind you, since they called me, and my card was used with the security code.

She then explains that my home number needs to be provided which I explained they just dialed.

She then continues to say that since I am unlisted, (we're sick of cold calling like many others) they cannot accept my home number yadda yadda. She then states that I have the option to make the order succeed if I follow her demands and that she is doing this to protect me. I then point out that exclaimer has already taken my money yet I now am fighting to get my order without silly demands that I cannot meet. I also point out that none of the companies, new egg, tiger, jr etc require this for domestic credit card orders where the shipping address equals the card address. How stupid is that. I then explain I work in banking and that it is not a high fraud situation. She continues to argue that I need to comply and need to cooperate.

I explain to them that fraud is for card orders being sent to a different address than where the card is registered (which was validated during sale), She then keeps on arguing they are protecting me from fraud.

Basically a BIG waste of time and they took my money but then harrassed me and wasted my time with non sensical banter.

This store is run by a bunch of amateurs with NO CLUE on how to do business. Sure, they will get the occasional order right but this experience right here is sufficient for me to know they are clueless and not worthy of business. More so, I now need to wait for my money back before I can buy again given the cost of this item, so these people cost me a week, assuming I get my money back without a fight.
Amazon and Newegg: I will gladly pay the 10% premium to avoid these amateurs trying to mimic a business.

EJECT, IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE AND GO TO A REAL COMPANY THAT DESERVES YOUR $$$ AND TIME.
THIS WAS 2 DAYS OF MY LIFE WASTED AND I AM SURE I CAN START A FIGHT OVER THE CHARGE WHICH THEY CLAIM WAS REFUNDED. WILL REPORT BACK ON THAT. ALSO, LOOK AT THEIR SUSPICIOUS RATING

“First of all we want to apologize to this customer for his no small anguish over us cancelling his order and for what he thinks of our customer service. But this incident actually serves to highlight the fact that are a legitimiate business, care a great deal about order security, and that we provide very personal level of service. We do have great prices as the reviewer says and any customer who have doubts about our customer service we invite to call us directly to judge for themselves (business hours). We really do care about the customer's experience with us and will take the time to help them but we absolutely cannot be lax about order security. In this incident our order security software triggered an alert and we had to review the order manually due to the higher dollar amount of the sale. It really does not benefit a store to refuse a transaction and us taking that step shows we are out of options and was very concerned about the legitimacy of the payment .

We are proactive in fighting fraud and work with law enforcement and banks when fraud is detected. We get many relieved thank yous from card holders whose cards were stolen whom we protected and helped.

Looking over this customer's review I think there are many things that are quite unfair but we'll be brief. There are accusation bordering on libelous and assumptions about who we are and what our mission is which he can't possibly be a judge of given the amount of time on his limited experience with us.

We do not aspire to be the Amazon or the Neweggs of the market. Not a chance! We provide personal service and for our core products like NAS the reviewer was tryng to buy we integrate them too and know the products well. Yes Amazon will ship out your order no questions asked but don't ask them questions on products either. They also don't develop relationships with manufacturers that can be called upon in case you need more extensive help.

This review questions our integrity and said we wasted two days of his time. The truth is that we called him within about an hours of our store opening on the Monday when he placed the order on Saturday and our system recorded his cancellation confirmation (after calling him) was sent 1 hour five minutes after our store opened on Monday. We really are fairly fast in general. This gentleman made inferences about whether we'd refund him and whether there would be hassel. That's a rather unfair accusation and we have the electronic transaction records to refund was done right away. Finally, his accusations of us faking our review is both unfair to resellerratings and to our customers that took the time to review us. He's never experienced the length we go to help our customers making them WANT to do something they would never do usually. Which is to write a review. We are not perfect but we never let a customer walk away unhappy if we can and will put forth honest effort if we are told about a problem. But we just can't be lax about order security. We do sincerely thank the reviewer for taking the time to input his feelings and we'll strive to do better.”

Purchased a ZAGG SPARQ 2.0 and a slew of invisible shield protectors.
Their warranty sounds good on paper but when returning the invisible shield I was told that it was user error that it did not stay on.

Secondly, the ZAGG SPARQ 2.0 was bought at a hefty price. It died after a few uses , within 4 months of purchase. There is no replacement warranty outside a 45 day return period. They have got to be kidding me: a 100$ charger and 45 days of warranty???

This store has VERY LITTLE love for their customers after they have been paid. Support / backing up of their products sounds good on paper but is non-existent in reality.

Look elsewhere, not worth the aggravation and premium price since you get nothing in return.

Ordered on 01/09, a D90. Had to call again on 01/13 and company still had not shipped due to "verification department". No one ever called me and my CC company is 24/7. Now I am getting really in a crunch because B&H decided to do absolutely nothing with my order other than charge me until I contacted client service. They came back stating they were entitled to ship 2 days after ordering given I used ground shipping PLUS the fact that they close at 1PM on Friday which I apprently should be aware off. Nor is there anyone over the weekend. Guess back to Abe's of Maine or another company for me as B&H really disappointed with this.

“Thanks for your order and feedback. Our records indicate that your order was entered after our Friday deadline. This deadline is clearly posted on our website. Also, when you placed your order via our website you selected non-rush shipping. We endeavor to ship all orders within one business day but give priority to those with rush (Next Day or 2 Day Air) shipping, for which customers pays a premium. Non-rush orders can sometimes ship a day order two later. Your order is scheduled to be shipped later today.

This is THE BEST place to buy Amazon fulfilled orders for XBOX 360 and PS3 games. Why? Because I had an XBOX that scratched my games and when contacting Amazon about having dead disks they gave me RMS's for ALL and I got to ship back the broken ones. Not a penny lost!! Now that my XBOX is fixed again I am a happy camper. Think about this: Activision (makes the game COD 5: world at war) wanted 20$ fee and I should pay for shipping. Amazon exchanged it with no Q's asked and superfast.
Amazon fan!

Same thing here as the other rater: we ordered online, paid and nothing.... Tried to conatct but discovered you cannot call or do anything other than contact via website screen. We have tried, begged , pleaded but nothing for all these weeks.
They basically take your money and that's about it.
NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY WITHOUT PROPER CONTACT DETAILS. Also, there has been fraudulent activity on our card since this purchase and I am quite sure it is them as we hardly use this card anywhre. DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS ANY PERSONAL OR CREDITCARD INFO.

Bummed out Yellowstuff.

PS: I sooooo hate the internet because of these folks.

Like the previous reviewer: company lists item as in stock. When we order it goes silent for weeks. No response to multiple emails. Finally a response to a flaming email: they will send by then end of next week. That is now 2 weeks ago.
It is too late now to get another item at a similar price in time for Father's Day and this bunch of NY electronics store scum deserves no ones business.
Belly up and go go.

I ordered on 7/1 and to this date (7/9) nothing has even been shipped, it seems. Email to the Client Service and Sales departments have gotten no response after several days other than an automated message stating "We have received your email".
This is my punishment for buying something for a measly 2$ cheaper at this junk-.com

They shipped prompt (but not as prompt as I hoped since I ordered Thu late night and they could have shipped that Friday but instead they shipped the next business day for them, which was the 3rd so I got it the 5th.
In their defense: they did ship pretty promptly and at a price that no one else could beat (plus a rebate that further nehances this deal).
The item was properly wrapped and upgraded for free to 2 day shipping (you might question the value of that with these online companies since they seem to take a long time to process an order).
Al in all a good experience especially for a low cost shop like this one. I have bought from them before (dirt cheap 30gb Creative Nomad) and they delivered as promised, so I think these guys do deserve a positive.

I decided to call them before I placed an online order as many of these online shops don't keep real time inventory and list everything as in stock, to bait clients.
These folks indeed did have the D50 Nikon plus 2 lens kit in stock at an unbeatable price.
They shipped promptly, so when paying for overnight shipping it is actually worth it. I got slammed, however, for 83.20$ for shipping even though I asked for overnight delivery, never stating saturday. Ofcourse they claim no wrongdoing. The shipping price they advertised is about 50$ instead of the 83$.
To make it worse, they don't respond to mails and support calls go nowhere.

When rating companies I think it is critical that we wonder how a company 'performs' in case something did go wrong with an order. In this case the company delivered but did not respond to ANY of my follow up questions via email. Also, the phone support is impossible to get through to.
I guess you can shop here with 'some' confidence but be ready to fight like a lion to get after sales support.

I ordered a Solar Powered Atomic watch from Casio from them, the mens edition. What I received was exactly that, however, the watch was not covered with the plastic stickers over the mental, the metal on the wristband was scratched and the booklet was obviously used.
No response to emails so I warn everyone to be careful with this company. Cheap might become expesive real fas if you paid for 'nothing'.

I called before I placed an online order since I needed an immediate back up camera for my dying D70 (dropped it). The sales dept assured me at 10AM in the morning that I would get the item the next day if I paid the whopping overnight shipping fee.
Now, 2 days later, they still have not shipped it out. After 30 minutes on hold I finally got someone on the phone who did not respond to my question of not shipping it. They simply stated that it will ship soon and disconnected. Absolutely infuriating.
To make it worse, they have not responded to cancellation requests so I can get it from another reseller in time.... Stuck between a rock and a hard place.
What really got my heart pumping was the AGGRESSIVE sales call I received after I placed the order: you get the standard email stating that you need to call immediately regarding your order and when you call they try and sell all kinds of cheap junk. They won't give up either until you finally instist that they need to process the order without junk.
Mind you, they get VERY annoyed if you do not buy crap camera bags and low quality batteries.

Anyways, a VERY VERY negative experience. I wish I had stuck with BuyDig, whom I purchsed from in the past and who do not pull this sh*t.

I really really hate Butterflyphoto.com with a vengeance. Horseflyphoto would be more prudent.

UPDATE:
Had to file a claim with DISCOVER since they refused to acknowledge refund, respond to calls and emails. It's with the creditcard claims dept.....

I have ordered from them 4 times via Pricewatch. All orders were promptly processed and shipped for free. Kudos for that. What I have noticed in recent month is that they are trying to 'fool' their listings on pricewatch by adding creative fine-print and restrictions free shipping for purchases. Or even adding miniscule instant rebates so that items fall a few pennies below the free-shipping threshold. How sad is that... Very insulting towards the customers and leaves a sour taste as it reeks of false advertising. I would have purchased again from them but since I noticed this I feel like they are 'scary' to do business with. I would not want people like that have access to my credit card info, I can tell you that.

They sell dirt cheap but buyer BEWARE: the refurbished items they sell are actually second hand items that have been used extensively: the EARGLOVE BLUETOOTH earpiece had EARGREASE on it and is not even functioning. The plastic was all torn and the cable of the adapter was exposed.
The Netgear router I received did not even power up....... Finally: the VIRGIN VM-0500 player I received was all banged up and work for half a day. The battery was already unusable.
THESE ITEMS ARE NOT REFURBISHED, THEY ARE USED UP AND BROKEN AND THEY WILL NOT -REPEAT- WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR SHIPPING. EVEN IF THEY SEND YOU A PILE OF DOGSHIT INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU ORDERED THEY BEHAVE LIKE THIS!!!! I say: stay away, eject eject. Let them go bankrupt. No one should tolerate internet pirates like these.

I was looking for a cheaper-than-dirt harddisk that would not be slower-than-dirt and wouldn't break the bank since I am a storage hog: I haven't erased a file since I can remember.
Anyways, to the point: I used PRICEWATCH to find the lowest free-ship HD and these guys came pretty close (except for the rebate baiters) so I went ahead and crossed my fingers and ordered after reading the reviews on here.
The item was promptly (within 24 hrs after ordering) shipped and I received a pretty email with tracking detail.
Item will arrive tomorrow (4 days for free shipping is pretty good). If anything goes wrong with the order you should find a follow up posting (I am very aggressive when it comes to that). If you find none then that too was smooth.
These guys sell very cheap whitelabeled WD drives. My SiSoft even recognizes it for what it is. Good deal, cheap prices and free shipping make it a very attractive company to do business with.

Positive as far as the purchasing is concerned: the items shipped for free and within 24 hrs of clicking SUBMIT ORDER. They sent an email with tracking number and used USPS (I like that better than sloooowwwww UPS).
The items online were genuinely cheap, not the cheapest, but on the low end of the bell curve and to get good service and courteous responses on questions is unexpected in their price-range.

What I DID NOT LIKE is that they failed to note that the item was RECERTIFIED aka REFURBISHED. I find that a big no-no. You cannot overlook something like that by accident. For that I rate them low on the trustworthiness.

I do genuinely like their assortment and the way they ship and communicate about the shipping.

In fact, I liked them so much I bookmarked them for future hard drives.
Buy with confidence but make sure you verify with them if you care (or don't care) about refurbished items.
