Deal Extreme is one of the best places to buy random things online.
No mater how far you are, things will come to you (depending how fast your mail service is).
Personally, in Argentina it takes a LOT OF TIME, but eventually all orders come at me.
They may not have the best price online (you can digg some offers on ebay or related) but they sure have the best attention to customers.
Also, the webpage is really intuitive and easy to navigate, wich is a bump comparing to other sites.
The mail system is ok and always warn you about good offers (which can be a con if you hate to receive mail from sellers, in this case, get out of internet and move to a hill) with a regular period (not daily but about twice a week).

If you don't know or didn't try DX, you should.
