Return policy is terrible. Purports to be 14 days, but read on: Practically all computer products are excepted, which is pretty much this reseller's inventory.

Memory product purchased from this reseller did not work right with family member's computer, even though all specifications were correct. Reseller refused to issue return authorization even though requested within 14 day period.

I will not buy from this seller again.

I bought RAM for my computer. The experience was easy and friendly. Delivery was extraordinarily fast.. only two days!

I've ordered from ATIC 2 or 3 times. The prices were great, but the customer service is horrendous, and very hard to understand them if you don't speak their native tongue... which obviously isn't english.

I ordered a complete compute from them once (minus monitor), and when I set it all up, it wouldn't boot properly, beeping however many designated times it is saying something wrong with the RAM. I fiddle with it, reseat it, test it in other computer, nothing works. The RAM is bad.

I ask them for help, they tell me I have to send EVERYTHING back for them to test it. I send it back, 2-3 weeks later after many phone calls asking what was up, they tell me the RAM is fine, and they're sending it back.

I get it back, and it's still not working! So I take it to an independant store in town and they test the RAM. Their conclusion the next day? It doesn't work. So I send it back to ATIC asking for a replacement. I send it back and one of the first things they tell me? Yeah, that's right, the RAM *IS* bad, we'll replace it.

So I think it was about 6 weeks before I got my working stick of RAM.

I've decided not to buy from them again.

Purchased an item from the store, which claimed to have a rebate attached to it. 3-1/2 months later, I'm still waiting for the rebate, which is perpetually in "processing mode" and will always be mailed out "within 7 to 10 days" according to the Parago customer reps. Will never buy from OfficeMax again.

their prices for DVD-R's are terrible generic 50 packs for $75 no way! i can get them for $7.95 in 25 packs. and ritek DVD-R's a fifty pack for $59 i get these for $26.75 be careful when buying here

I was very satisfied with 24x7PC.com. I ordered a NEC ND-3500A DVD burner with 3-day USPS as the shipping method, and the package arrived already after 2 days (maybe because they're shipping from close to where I live).
A minor negative point is that the item came completely without manual or any other accompanying material, just bubble wrapped inside the USPS box, which their website did not mention.

HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

After placing my order, I called in to expedite my digital camera order and found out that I need to buy battery charger along with the camera. This was never mentioned on the site. The guy was rude and asking weird questions like 'what do you want to do with this camera? NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE

On their website the picture for the Gainward 6800GT was the Golden Sample version. I called their CSR and they told me that they have gotten a large shipment of Golden Samples at the same price as the standard GT and were selling them for the same price. So I ordered one and called back to verify that I would be receiving a Golden Sample, to which the CSR that time informed me "Oh yes we have loads of them" I then found a few forums addressing this deal that had a lot of orders that were told the same thing and all of them received the standard GT LIKE ME when they were told the same thing about the Golden Sample being shipped out to everyone.

I was contacted by Sterling from Monarch about my dissatisfaction about the card. He explained the issues and how nothing was promised in the description but he did say the picture was the wrong one and that is was corrected as soon as it was discovered. To make up for this he is sending a GS card FedEx to me to then switch with my card for no extra charge. That is a good responsible way to correct this situation. Therefore I am changing my satisfaction level.
