Not enough order status feedback. Customer needs to be kept informed. VISA not charged immediately, waited 48 hours. It has been 9 days with no status update, order was not charged until the 23rd, placed on the 21st. Actually had to break down and call to get order status, took 6 tries to finally get a representative who did not identify himself. Rep was very arrogant and would not listen to my concerns over no status updates, but finally assured me the part will be shipped on the 31st, a full 10 days after purchase, he was also careful to boast that they had been shipping computers for 10 years. I received a full 10 days after ordering, then finally received a status update after I had reveived the product, and update I emailed thier support for, 5 days after emailing them, and after the product had been received. I will not be ordering from here again, very hinky operation.
