I was calling to inquire about a particular camera. He gave me some info and said I should order now on the phone with his help because they are selling fast. I told him I wasn't ready to order. He replied, "Why are you wasting my time? Do me a favor and never call here again!" and hung up on me. Wow!! Great customer service, uh?
