DS has me hooked! Even if I don't buy every day I am confident that their daily deals are of quality and are honestly described, no bad surprises!
I love to comparison shop a lot and rarely have I ever seen them being beaten in value-for-money.
I had to return only one item and I wish it had continued to work but it was still uunder warranty and I received a quick refund.
Another thing I love is that their shipping fees are predictable, no bad surprise or guessing hre: $5 or none!
Seriously, I wish more businesses took after their model.
My only wish is that their delivery / shipping would be speedier but I guess their price wouldn't be so long otherwise.
I mostly buy electronics from them and my most expensive purchase was for a wireless router and a wireless extender.
I can understand some of the reviews below about the lack or communication or slowness in reply by email but having worked for customer support, I know it's proportional to the interest the compaany receives, not just because something goes wrong.
