They are a pain to order from, but if you're willing to wait for your item, their prices can't be beat. They always make you call to "verify" your order, meaning, they want you to call so they can get you to buy more stuff. If you don't call (once I did, once I didn't) your order takes 7-10 days to ship. I'm willing to wait (plus free shipping) so I don't have to get stuck on hold for 20 minutes to tell them, yes, this is all I want to order. My items have been in perfect ("new") condition, with an international warranty (not sure if this will fly with Nikon, but it's worth the lower price to me to risk it), and everything in the box that was promised. I recommend them, but with hesitation.
