After replacing the drums, we saw the ink ghosting from one page to the next rendering our printouts useless. After talking with customer service, the rep acknowledged that the magenta drum must be defective but that the drums only had a 30 day return policy. Since my order was 2 months old instead of 1 there was nothing she could do to help me. Shockingly poor service, and we will never order from again. $93 each plus shipping, and you would think they would work at least once within 60 days of shipping, but apparently thats too much to ask for these days.
