This site took about a month to send me a part I ordered. Their customer service representative was rude and disrespectful. This is a good representative of low cost= Bad quality service.

I have purchased from this store both On-Line and Off-line. Their Online store is quite difficult to search but, their price is unmatched. Their service is better than anywhere I've shopped Including that big Store in NYC.

Off-line store, I purchased over $20,000 worth of camera equipment. I can not be more satisfied with their price,customer treatment and service. Far better than B&? in NYC (I've been to their store and it feels like you become a luggage on a airport conveyor belt.)

Their offline store sometimes need to form a line and understaffed but, when visited in less crowded times, it is more personal and the sales people remembers their customers quite well.


I've ordered in Samy's online store for Camera related items only. I do not like shipping cameras or lenses in a Fed Ex box. I never had a problem with SAmys. Once I had problem with Fed Ex but it was a problem not related to Samy's.

I tried ordering from this store. They hassle their customers with very difficult process in ordering such as faxing the copy of the credit card. This I can accept as it is for protection. But now, I have to call them and confirm the shipping address? It is not the first time I am ordering from this store. I ordered from them numerous times. I think they are one of the worst in delivery.

The system is efficient and unintrusive and the customer's compliance should be almost effortless and take but a moment.

An aside -- it took this customer more time and effort to post this here than it would to reply to our Verification inquiry.

The system is efficient only when the customer feels that it is efficient. Since I don't think it is efficient, I think your system Totally SUCKS! Your comments on my review sounds like you are making fun of my remarks!
