I buy things online all of the time and I have never written an online review of anything before. That said, I've also never dealt with a company as terrible as myworldphone.com. My first transaction with myworldphone was on May 16th, when I called to order a phone from them as I prepared to leave for Monrovia, Liberia on a trip for work. I had the phone overnighted so that I knew I would get it with plenty of time to spare - 24hours later though I received a broken phone in the mail. When I first tried to call the company to see about getting a replacement, I was told that it would not be a problem and that one would be overnighted to me immediately. Two days later, when I called back to see about the status of that phone, I was hung up on - three separate times. I continued to try to get in touch with the company to no avail. Eventually I was forced to leave for Liberia and have my family take the issue up with my credit card company to insure that "myworldphone" would not be paid. If you are interested in buying a phone that works, from a company that will stand by their products I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
I am so upset with my experience that I've decided to collect testimonials for a website I intend on creating in order to expose this company for what it is. If you have had a bad experience with myworldphone please send me an email to myworldphone.complaints@gmail.com. Thanks
