The reviews were mixed online but the low price outweighed these risks despite the relatively high shipping charges. ANTOnline shipped quickly, however they delivered the wrong memory for my server. After several attempts I was able to contact customer service. They would not take the order number I provided, the would not take any other information or attempt to rectify the issue. Their only solution is RMA, then after several days perhaps issue a refund less shipping and restocking fees. <br><br>I am disappointed in this lack of service.
