I stumbled upon Fidopaw by accident. I was doing a lot of browsing for dog sweaters and when I found their site, I first thought it was too good to be true. Since there was recently a Hurricane in NY, I waited a few days to place my order since Fidopaw is in NY and so am I. If you live in NY, you will be charged sales tax but with the very fair pricing, 10 percent off promotion and free shipping on orders 25 dollars or over, I was able to get two doggie shirts, two doggie hoodies and two doggie sweaters for around 55 dollars. The order was shipped on a Monday and I received it on a Friday. Strangely the package went from NY to NJ and back to NY again but hey, what do you expect for free? The items all came with plastic sleeves, hangers and tags on them and were of the highest quality from major manufacturers. I would definitely order from this company again and I have told my friends about them. I used to order from Baxterboo.com but their prices are outrageous even with their regular promotional discounts. I don't know how Fidopaw does what they do but I love it.

There was a large scale recall of this product and this recall has now caused a widespread backorder issue. We update our inventory on a daily basis, but unfortunately, sometimes, events outside of our control occur and can cause dramatic adjustments to our inventory that take place after orders have been submitted.
Events such as manufacturer recalls, like the Iverhart Plus can cause our shelf stock to be depleted completely when we are notified of these events. We take every measure possible to try to obtain replacement product for the orders that have been submitted before we contact the customers. If a product cannot be obtained, we contact our customers to let them know that the product they have ordered is no longer available. Sometimes, we are able to offer alternatives or substitutes per veterinarian and pharmacist approval. If a customer is not interested in available alternatives, we quickly take care of cancelling and refunding their order.
