Was lured in by good reviews and selection, needed a gun for my son's birthdy, but am extremely disappointed in almost every aspect. After receiving my order, I found various packing errors that led to damage of my gun, a bursted open bag of ammo.

Proceeded to contact Airsoft GI, but they basically told me that they are not responsible and ultimately I was screwed.

Also, while researching up my model after the damage to try to see if any other stores had repair services, I found out that it was MUCH cheaper at 2 other large airsoft retailers.

In fact if you compare Airsoft GI's prices, you will see that some of their guns are super expensive, and that they are not competitive at all when it comes to prices. Their bad service certainly did not help the situation, and as I had to prepare to leave for a last-minute business trip, I wasn't able to dispute the matter further, leading to an upset and crying 12 year old who was out a gun + bbs for his birthday.

I will never shop here again, and advise you to do the same for the reasons stated above.

Love 1800 contacts, more convenient than going out to the city to get my contacts, and cheaper too.

Nothing else needs to be said, if you need contacts get em here!

Ha, this place is a complete joke. I've bought from pretty much EVERY major airsoft store (i.e. airsplat, GI, megastore, evike, atlanta, etc) and evike is probably among the worst.

It is so true what others say about how orders keep getting screwed up.

Oh and if you are an airsoft enthusiast that participates on any of the major airsoft forums, you'll see a lot of word recently stemming from Evike.com staff bragging about their new added phone lines, 1000+ daily email answering capability, 2 day processing time, etc etc and it's just funny how despite these so called "improvements" they still can't get your order right, and still are extremely rude and frustrating to work with when trying to return an order that THEY screwed up in the first place.

Also, the order took 3 (business) days to process. Not to deviate, but Airsplat, Airsoft megastore, and Atlanta ALL usually ship on the same day from my purchasing experience. And though Airsplat is equally as bad as evike interms of customer service (if not worse), at least they don't brag about "speedy 2 day processing time" which is actually pretty slow by most standards, and then end up taking 3 days to process (plus another 5 days for actual UPS transit).

Don't ever buy your airsoft here, or you'll encounter the same customer service nightmare that myself and countless other customers do (you can see all the other negative experiences all over pretty much every major airsoft forum)

Bought a new case for my iphone, came in the mail 4 days later. Pleased with price, shipping, and overall support.

When I had to email twice to ask for tracking, someone emailed back immediately and apologized for the delay in response time.

Pretty nice quality case, it had a carbon fiber weave and i was trying to look for the longest time for one that wasnt just gloss plastic and finally found it here.

Good store, recommended for phone cases!
