I paid just under $40 for the repair and just under $15 for the return shipping. The right arm was reattached to the lens with a hex bolt screw, which did not match the others, and was a loose fit. Luckily, I was able to tighten it with a 3-in-1 eyeglass repair tool that I had bought at Target last year. I was disappointed of the loose fit and of the mismatched screw.
