Beware. Bait and switch outfit. I ordered a logitec trackerball. Joo Rat sent instead a very different mouse, a trackerball marble. A sales manager said that it says in the terms that it can send a similar product.

Joo Rat is supposed to send an RMA for return, but what a hassle.

Lame company -- Why didn't Joorat just notify me that it didn't have what I ordered, so I could have canceled the order?

Stay away from this site! I ordered a lawn mower. Without notice, the ordered was canceled. I discovered this when I checked the shipping link. The company does not answer or return calls. Total flakes.

Hey, one stop shop, do us a favor -- shut down your site and stop wasting customers' valuable time.

Stay away -- Solutions is nothing but smoke and mirrors trouble.

Solutions sold me 2 of 3 products that it actually did not have, out of stock. Wasted time disputing charges and credit is pending...

Also, I stupidly signed up for Solution Rewards program, too, for a so called 15% discount. Then I found a $1.95 charge on my credit card from same. Apparently I missed the fine print saying there is a charge for the discount program. The offers in a brochure it sent are more or less uninteresting. I wasted time getting the $1.95 charge removed and quitting the "discount" program.

I waited almost 2 months for a Wi-fire to be delivered. Enough is enough. I canceled the order - a huge waste of time and energy - very dissatisfied with this company.
