I made an order for ink cartriges in April, after 3 weeks I never received the order. I sent them an email, and they said they would look into it. I received a generic email requesting my ordering information (I guess they couldn\u0027t look it up)? Another week goes buy and I email them again. They tell me my usps number and tell me I have to call my post office to search for the package (its out of their hands). The post office had a request for pickup from them, but never received the package.
