“We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. The cable lengths are pulled from a 500 foot spool and coiled so they may appear to be twisted up. As for the caps, we do make them oversized so that Silicon can inserted in the cap as to completely isolate the connectors from the outside elements, which is the only way it can be classified as true direct burial. As for price, we are very competitive and back up every sale with technical support, something that can be difficult to obtain in large stores. We appreciate your feed back and will work harder to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
