PLEASE READ: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT OVER THE PHONE.

I ordered my Canon Rebel T2i from CameraKings due to the great price ($100 cheaper than anywhere else). Everything went perfectly until I called to confirm my order to be shipped. The representative offered to include a high quality/speed SD card in the package. Being inexperienced (it was partly my mistake), I took the offer. When I received the order (fairly promptly), I looked up the SD card on Amazon.com and found it for about $80 cheaper. A little miffed at myself, I called CameraKings to see if I could return the SD card. They refused to return my SD card individually, EVEN THOUGH THE SD CARD HAD BEEN BILLED SEPARATELY. I was not about to send back the camera I had been waiting to get my hands on for 8 months. Ultimately, I had to settle for their attempt at 'customer satisfaction' by giving me a 3-year warranty (which covers NOTHING) and a $20 refund. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy anything from this merchant again.

Great price on the camera. Easy processing and prompt shipping. Customer service was patient but their policies overshadow this.

Ordering anything from this merchant over the phone is folly. This is a rather sketchy establishment and I am amazed that the rest of my order turned out correctly.
