I canceled an order before it even shipped (as weeks had passed and I needed the item for a remodel) and was not given a refund. After long hours on hold, dealing with rude and dismissive customer service, and just plain being ignored - I finally left it to my credit card company to deal with.
Exactly 6 months after the order was canceled, I finally received a refund. And that's only because my credit card company contacted them.
There are plenty of online resellers that are fantastic - I have spent the past year and a half working with them. There's no reason to shop with HomeAnnex, Decor66, and all of their other brands. They offer the same or perhaps slightly better prices (a dollar here and there) - it's just not worth it!
Improvement Direct and their brands, for instance, offer fantastic customer service at great prices.
