I've purchased refurburished toner and drums before and have found that the cheaper ones tend NOT to work. In this case I bought 1 Brother Intellifax 4100E fax machine drum and upon arrival and inspection, the drum only print 1/3 of the page. I kept testing and testing and changed toners (new ones I must add) and still same results. I've learned when a product from a company doesn't work the first time you purchase from them, don't purchase from them again and that's exactly what I plan to do from now on....NOT PURCHASE FROM QUIKSHIPTONER.COM
