I'm very disappointed in the customer service and shipping time for your product. I placed an order over a week ago (22 AUG 11) for a text book that I need for a class that began Saturday, 27 AUG 11. I didn't realize the small print, that describes that it takes at least 7-business days for you to receive the book and then an additional 3-5 business days for you to ship the product to me (according to the customer service representative). Additionally, the customer service representative mentioned that your (shipping) office is in KY and I'm in TN so it shouldn't take up to 5-days (we're border states; why so long). This is the first time I've used your service; other on-line business I've used has a significantly shorter delivery time and even simplified tracking system and customer service -- I don’t understand why your delivery time is so long or why it isn't otherwise conspicuously noted on your site.
Your tracking system only gives limited information of the product ordered and I e-mailed you yesterday to inquire about my order: I have not yet received a reply from that message. I attempted to call your representative yesterday and finally when I was cued to the human customer service representative, the automated message said my wait time was 19-minutes (totally unacceptable). Today when I called, it wasn't nearly as long; but a 9-minute wait on the phone for a book that will potentially take more that 2-weeks to receive just means that dealing with your business is slow, unprofessional, and poorly organized. In order for me to be successful I will no longer use your services.
