I am a first time user of ncix, adn was really pleased with the selection, website layout, and ease of the online ordering system. I ordered two great components at a great price (compared to local stores and conglomerates like futureshop etc...) and in 2 business days i had my equipment as advertised. everything worked perfectly. the 2 business days between placing the order adn recieving the order i received several corrospondences detailing the order, payment transactions, approval and even parcel tracking. i can see the time my order was filled, when purolator picked it up, when it left vancouver...a very complete experience. best of all i didnt have to talk to some sales person, and had more than enough variety to be sure to get exactly the component i wanted. i WILL be buying my computer components from here from now on.
