Larger order processed and shipped very quickly. Upon arrival, a few of the tea containers had come open during shipment. I contacted adagio and they quickly shipped out replacements for the spilled containers. Will buy again, and reccomend to anyone purchasing tea.

This is my first laptop purchase and I chose discount laptops.com because of their pricing and reseller rating. I received my laptop within 4 days of the purchase with the 3-day shipping selected. I was impressed with the quality of the laptop and everything was is in good order except for the port bar III replicator that I ordered with the product, the wrong one was shipped. Although in the past problems like this have been a pain, Matt Richards quickly fixed the problem and within the time most company would have shipped the system in the first place I had my part and the problem was solved. Great to deal with a company that cares about customer service. Definitely a good choice for purchasing laptops.

I ordered a home computer system from the completely built, very nice service and well constructed. Even recived a phone call on a few reccomendations on things for the system. arrived in working order and am very happy with the price/service. I would def. reccomend them
