Excellent price and items were promptly delivered. Incorrectly received an email stating there was a processing error but that was cleared up with quick phone call.

BEWARE. I placed an on-line order for a camera at a very low price. When I received the email confirmation, it was for the wrong camera. When I called customer service, they said the one I wanted was out of stock so they made a substitution (but did not lower the price for an inferior model). I then requested cancelation of the order which they did do and confirmed by email. Mean while their website continued to show the camera as available.

I ordered xD memory cards for my camera. Price including shipping was the lowest I found on the web. The order was delivered quickly without any problems.

Do not trust this company. I placed an on-line ordere for a camera that was advertised at a very low price; they then contacted me and tried to get me to buy additional memory/accessories at exorbitant prices. After I declined to buy the add-ons, the camera was never shipped. When I checked the on-line status, my order changed to 'out of stock' even though their website continued showed it as in stock. Wasted much time calling and after they hung up, it was clear this is not a reputable firm.

I recently bought 2 cameras from BuyDig.com and both orders were completed without any problems. Prices including shipping were about the lowest on the web.

I have bought many times from Buy.com over several years with good results. Not always the lowest price but usually good selection and dependable delivery at fair price.
