Credit Card Company takes 8 weeks to investigate. After 8 weeks, the charge re-appears on your credit card statement because Wells Digital tells the credit card company that the charge is real. You dispute the charge again and again it takes 8 weeks to investigate.<br><br>How Wells Digital makes money form this I am not sure.
