I got a chance to order leica X2 leather case from J&R.
the item description says:
"The Leica X2 Leather Case is a two-piece, formfitting case that allows you to use the camera while still attached to the case. The body half holds the camera while the front flap folds over the top to cover both the top, Lens and front of the camera. Two buttons on the top hold the case shut."

When I received the case I found out that nothing above was true. The camera has to be removed from the case to take pictures.
I called the customer service and requested prepaid shipping label for return. The customer service representative was rude and abrupt. He said that it was my responsibility to return the camera at my own expenses and hung up on me.
I was frustrated and upset about my experience with J&R.
I doubt that I will deal with this web store again.

“We have a consumer-friendly 30 Day Exchange Policy that we are quite proud of. It is usually a seemless process devoid of any complications. There should have been no difference with this one either. When we listened to the call, our representative was trying to determine if the product was defective because shipping is covered under circumstances like that. There's a difference between "This item doesn't work," and "You know? I think I don't need this after all." This representative should have recognized up front that this product wasn't working for this gentleman. Once he did, he advised we'd be issuing a return label and then asked the customer if he needed help with anything else. There were no hang-ups involved.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Emailed them a question about their product and never received the info I was requesting. The support guy I was communicating was totally clueless.

The worst experience I've ever had.
Those flower guys charged me $30 for delivery and when I called them to confirm the delivery time they refused to deliver on time although I gave them 3 hours time frame. I canceled the order and I'm still waiting for refund confirmation.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life
I ordered the futon mattress from them and got the shipping note the next day. Sounds good? Not at all.
One week has passed and the FeDex Tracking number is still not available. The customer service is nothing but a bunch of monkeys. "wait for another 24 hours", - that's all they are capable of . And then they would send you customer satisfactions form to fill in.
So far I don't have the mattress, no money and I'm out of options about what to do next. Take some legal actions against them?

I placed two orders for LCD screen protectors for my Canon 1DIIn and 5D about two weeks ahead of the event I had to shoot in very dusty condition.
I used to deal with this company and it took about 2 or 3 days from the day of placing the order and the delivery.
After been waiting for a week or so I emailed them and they said they couldn’t handle so many orders at a time so my order had been delayed for a week or so.
They wouldn’t even bother to notify me about this delay. They prefer to ignore their customers quietly …

I have had a bad experience with amvona.com. Whatever they produce is nothing but malfunctioning copy of some other company’s product, like Bogen, etc.
The quality is disappointing. What attracts the customers is a nice look of products and the pictures on their website, but when the items arrives, one starts realizing that this product is not worth the money spent on it. If it’s a tripod , the head wouldn’t hold the camera steady. Instead it would move and playing which is not acceptable in any cases.
Customer service would not respond once you have any questions or comments. Actually this is one-man-band company that gets worse every day. I wonder how come nobody has taken any legal actions against this company.

the search engine is horrible. Processing time is long. Many items are out of stock. shipping process takes too long. Asked them question about placing order with a reabate check, got three different answers which none of them actually worked
Sales rep Angelor just accepted the order , charged my credit card and hung up. Got to call customer service again to clarify the details about applying the refund check.

“Respectfully I think your post should be reconsidered. There's no reason for the rep with whom you were speaking to transfer you to a manager for two reasons:
First, your situation is handled by a routine that's been long established by our managers and speaking to a manager would not have expedited your situation at all, and
The reason our staff is empowered to resolve issues of this nature is to free their managers to handle things for which the ordinary staffer is not empowered.

Our customer service staff is not unskilled. Because they're not sales associates they do not have the same degree of familiarity with the actual merchandise a sales manager does, but they do a specialized job for which they are particularly skilled.

When we tell you a UPS label will be sent to you, it will. We e-mail UPS daily with return label requests and they e-mail them out once per day. This is UPS's procedure, not ours and we're obliged to use it. I understand your impatience, but this is not a reason to give us an unsatisfactory review.

I do not understand how you can say you have had no success contacting us when I note entries in our customer service log that we've communicated with you more than once on Mar 20th.

In closing, we regert your dissatisfaction but disagree with your assessment of our performance.

Ordered Billingham photo bag which was listed as in stock item. Placed the order and it turned out the bag was out of stock. This not the first time that Adorama force people to buy not existing items. They charge a credit card and you have to wait 5 days to get your money back.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! I ordered the item with 7 days money back guarantee to be able to try it first and leave it if I like it or send it back to the seller.
I did not like the product and just wanted to ship it back . I sent 4 emails, tried to reach them by phone. No respond! No communication at all. I’m completely frustrated and looks like I have no choice. Please, be aware! Don’t make the same mistake! Go rather to respectful seller that you can trust , even if it costs you a couple more bucks.
