Terrible customer service/system. I will never use again. I order flea/tick and heart worm for my dog, gave them my vet's info and assumed they would handle the prescription info as advertised. Two and a half weeks later with no sign of the product, I called. They said that the vet refused to give them the prescription info and that I had to manually pick it up. Thing is I have moved am not there to pick it up, otherwise I would just buy it from them. Even worse, they knew this two weeks ago but never called, stated they emailed me which I never got, and then failed to follow up. Now my dog needs her medicine and I have to pay to have her seen locally because of their incompetence and inability to get the prescription. A medical prescription is not proprietary information and must be shared if requested, I don't know how they can refuse to get the info. Stick with your local vet and skip the pain and suffering of using this website. They are too large to care about your order.
