“I should have listened to the previous negative review with LogoUp. They may be the cheapest but obviously they are not fastest service. 4 weeks after I made my order, they are still with the lame excuse of redoing my logo on the shirts. Mind you this is after repeated phone call, chat, and email request. ”

“I chose to shop at Saks Fifth online store because they had a sale on a messenger bag that I've wanted. I did have problem with their shopping cart as it didn't accept my Gmail email account. I called their customer service and she was more than willing to assist me to take my order over the phone. However, the total price was slightly different than the shopping cart online.

I discovered that the sales tax applied on the phone order was at 10.975% instead of 9.750% it should have applied for the county of my residence. The customer service's POS cannot adjust the sales tax accordingly, however for my troubles of ordering, she waived the shipping and handling fees. I ended up paying even less than I anticipated had the sales went through online.

“This was my first time purchasing designer shoes online. Neiman Marcus site has 24 hours customer service chatline and they are also available via phone calls. On my order, the size of the shoes was a little bit too big. Neiman Marcus will except exchange or cancellation with no shipping fees. ”

“The site has plenty of selections for iPad accessories. However their shipping method is less to be desired. It's using US Postal Service via their UPS account. So shipping will take about 7 days or longer depending how far your shipping address from City of Industry, CA.

In my case, my shipping address is less than 13 miles away and it took 7 days whereas if they just shipped via USPS directly, I would be getting my items less than 3 days.

For them it took 3 days from the day the items left their distribution into UPS facility and it took another 2 days before it left UPS facility to US Postal.

If you wanted your items in a hurry like Christmas time, I suggest shop to another web sites for faster delivery.

Just like previous reviewers, my emails to track my shipping never did get any responses. I also tried to via Google Checkout and to no prevails. ”

“One of my items that I ordered directly through Koolance was missing parts. This is not the first time that Koolance warehouse shipped incorrect or missing part. They did this to my other order as well through one of their vendors. Forget about using email, contact links, or online RMA form. They DON'T reply email or any sort of digital communications. The best way to get to them is to use your own long distance phone call to them.”

“Ordered several items for Koolance water cooling kit. 1 of the item was totally wrong item. I ordered CPU-305 which retailed at $49.99 instead I received CPU-300 which retailed at $40.99. I called the customer service number and only able to get voice mails.

Rectified the issue by confirming with the manufacture that the CPU-305 and CPU-300 looked the same with the only difference the bottom of the CPU-300 is flat. Both the manufacture and PCpowerzone should change the product description.”

“I ordered online Samsung CLP-600 N Color Printer. During the order it was such a great bargain that the printer cost $200 below the average price. In addition, the detail page show that the printer is available for shipping within 48 hours.

Today is exactly 30 days and I still have not received it. Unfortunately, I used Google checkout for this order and I have to call them to get a status which was back ordered. If the item was in back order why allowed me to go through the transaction? Communication with CompUSA via email is practically non existence whether through their website or direct email.

“Ordered USB 2.0 Flash drive and received the wrong product. Sent email 2 times, left offline chat support and called customer service but still didn't resolve on how to go about exchanging the wrong item. Customer service promised will email RMA number and detail, but still has not received anything from them. This site does not have great communication at all with online customer. They are obviously missing the point being ONLINE retailers...

Update: Called again and once again they promised to fax over return label to ship back the wrong order. I wasted all morning waiting for their fax. Another day waiting for their lousy service to exchange their product. ”

“Site claimed they do many Hollywood projects and I think they should not do online business at all. Very slow to ship my order and customer service is like none existence. Very slow to respond to email inquiry regarding order status or not replying at all. They are also very expensive. The only reason I have to stick to purchase from this site is because they are the only online retailer that has Green Carbon Fiber Vinyl. If I have other choice, I would have canceled my order and move on to other sites. ”
