I have bought items in the past but didn't have to deal with their sale department or customer service either online or on the phone. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and had to call more than 5 times to get a person just to return Rayban sunglasses. I decided to call sales department and they picked up after 10 minutes and he was rude and stated that he would do me the favor of processing my return. I have been waiting for this return receipt for over a week and nothing as of yet. I continued to call because I don't want my 30 days to expire for the merchandise. I also attempted to use their online chat service they start the conversation and then no response. It would be great if they just add a return receipt with the merchandise i box that will save all the aggravation of dealing with the whole current return process. I wish they could fix all these issues because if it wasn't for this I would have given them 5 stars for easy online purchase and on time delivery, if you didn't have to deal with their sales and customer service via phone or online.

You just have to hope that what was ordered is what you expected to receive once purchased.
