Added 2 phones to my existing Sprint account on November 25th, 2011. Wirefly had two promotions for that particular phone at the time of purchase.
1. $25 gift card for each phone if the lines are still active on Feb 29, 2012.
2. Activation credit $36 per line after 3 months of service.
After receiving my March bill from Sprint and not receiving either of the offers I called Wirefly and asked for the status on both. I got their standard answer that they will escalate to next level and it will take up to 14 days. Within the next 10 days I got the $25 gift cards in mail. Waited another week and called in again asking about the activation fee credit. Received the same 14 day BS answer and there is nothing else they can do. I have called 2 more times since then but it's not going anywhere. Seems like after they make the request it either goes through or it doesn't and you can't talk to anyone or do anything else. So the point of the story is don't count on receiving their promotions, this company doesn't care if you do or not. They got paid when you purchased the phone and after that it's like talking to a wall.

After posting this review I received a phone call from Wirefly customer service. He called Sprint and I received my activation credit. Nice to see that they actually care what people are saying about their service.
