DO NOT ORDER FROM RAIDENTECH. I ordered 4 RC Tanks for Christmas gifts. Received and tried one, didn't work--nothing. Called and was on hold 20 minutes, and was told to try another tank, and charge batteries full 12 hrs the if they didn't work, I could return. We charged batteries, tried tanks and nothing. Paid $35 to return the defective merchandise, and after many calls, Raidentech refunded 70%, kept 30%. Their "customer service" said they withheld the original shipping to us. So it cost me $98 just to look at the non working tanks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their 100% guarantee is not true.
