I was referred to this company, but I must say the customer service has left much to be desired. I placed an order because of the 24-48 hour turnaround on orders. After 6 days, and no answers to 3 emails requesting a tracking number, I finally called the company. The first rep stated that it shipped but they had no tracking. 7 hours later I received an email showing that they had just shipped it after I called. When I called the next day to find out what happened, I was told there was a second tracking number that stated my item had been returned to sender & that they would forward that information to me, which they never did. The final rep I spoke to said she had no information showing that there was a second tracking number. When I asked to speak to a manager about the poor customer service & shipping time, I was told they were all in a meeting. The final customer service rep was extremely rude.
All in all, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not ship out your item in the timeframe promised, if it will ship late they do not contact you to let you know. Emails go unanswered and customer service is not honest & upfront.
