This is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with...I ordered 10 Camcorders from them on July 30, 2009. On the website, the item is advertised as being "in stock and ship the same day". Today is the Aug 8, 2009, they have yet to ship the items. They did not notify me of any problem or delay. I called today to check the status of my package just to find out that it has not been shipped. To make the matter even worse, they refuse to cancel my order, they say I will have to wait for the package to arrive, accept it then obtain a RMA from them, then return the package in order for them to refund me for the purchase. That is just crazy! I am calling my credit card company and notify FTC & BBB
