Come on NEWEGG!!! Really? This is very disappointing. I just received my order with the packaging ripped and torn. This is clearly an opened item that they sold as being retail / New. This is not the first time this has happened with Newegg. I spend a significant amount of money with them but this is ridiculous. I ordered a sub woofer from them and the package looks like it was opened and re-sealed. Newegg was (admittedly) good at one point and has now since gone down hill. They have the potential to be better but so far I've yet to see it. Additionally I ordered parts for a computer and when I got the motherboard, the package was opened. It seems as though they are taking items they get back and are sending them out as new.

**Update**
Once the problem was presented to Newegg, the issue was resolved quickly and in a professional manner. I appreciate the level of customer service that I received and I look forward to doing business with Newegg in the future.
