THis Mubashir guy keeps telling me that it in customs and that I shoulkd call and find out what is happening with the DVD player. I have never ever had such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.<br>STAY FAR FAR from these people. He is refusing to give me my refund even though I have not received my DVD player.
