Ordered a front and rear stainless steel brake line on 3/29/12 not because they had a low price but because the lines were advertised as being in stock. Website said the parts were in stock and would ship in 1-3 days. My credit card was charged on 4/2/12. On 4/9/12 I emailed to see if they were shipped and got an invoice and a USPS tracking code in reply. Followed the USPS tracking link and the package did not enter the USPS tracking system until 4/11/12. Tried to call twice, no human there to answer the phone; you have to leave a message. I left a message and no return call as of 4/11/12. Also, they don't respond to emails except to send an invoice. I just hope these brake lines that I have ordered are correct (that implies that eventually I will receive them). If I did have a problem who would take care of it? Who knows? I won't order from Chrome Addiction again. Chrome Addiction is just another mediocre pure web player that mistakenly thinks web marketing has nothing to do with customer service and order fulfillment.
They have my order# posted below, they have my name and phone number in their order processing system. If they wanted to call me they could but trust me, they won't. Chrome Addiction is too busy cruzing the web looking for the next fool that will place an order with them.
