The cell phone case I purchased came to me in what I thought was the incorrect color. It showed a nice purple on the website but the case that came to me looked black. When I complained, I was told I needed to PURCHASE another case and then I would receive credit when they received the case back. BUT the case had to be unused (and of course I wanted to protect my phone so I did use it for a day or two at that point). The customer NON-service agent I spoke to finally pulled a case from the warehouse, looked at it and informed me that it was indeed purple and if you hold it in the sunlight, you would be able to see a difference from the black one. Therefore, cases.com has done TWO disservices. They mistrepresented the color on the website and they were about to make me pay for two cases when it was their fault and their responsibility to replace the case. I am appalled and will NEVER do business with them again.
