The keyless entry remote I ordered from iKeyless was absolutely brand new, OEM for my year, brand and model car. Unfortunately, I subsequently discovered that my car did not have a keyless remote entry control system and that such system would have been expensive to install. I decided to return the remote, which I did without any problem.
I did note that the sheet containing the programming instructions sent with the remote contained more than one set of instructions and I had to spend some time deciding which one applied to my car. I called Customer Service and suggested that only one set of instructions, applicable to the car for which the remote was ordered, be sent so as not to confuse the customer. The representative was very receptive to the suggestion and indicated she would pass it on for further consideration. Overall, I was very pleased with Customer Service and iKeyless, and will purchase from the company again in the future should the need arise.
