We ordered on 3/4, it is 3/30 and still no product. I emailed once, complained online once, called once (VM full). The credit card was charged on 3/4, of course! The funny part is, someone MUST be there at replenIT doing something other than answering emails or checking the voice mail (which is apparently always full) because TODAY my order status on the site is "received"!! Our company has notified the Better Business Bureau, you all should do the same. I requested proof of delivery.... and I will be expecting that email right along with world peace and a one-size-fits-all item that really does. Complain, folks. Being able to be easily robbed online affects everyone.
