This place was a terrible experience for me. I ordered a Samsung ER-350 cash register from them. I checked out my purchase and the total was $289. No tax and shipping was free. All this was clearly shown on my invoice for the purchase. However, when I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged $326. I called in to notify them of the difference only to be told that it was for taxes. I explained that my invoice showed $0 for taxes. He gave me a really bad excuse that it was calculated later due to the new tax rate that was applied. I calculated it myself and I don't believe there is any city in the U.S. with a 12.8% tax rate. I called in the next day to tell them this so they finally relented and said they will issue me a credit. To make a long story short, I called in several more times, but I never got the credit. They even emailed me a 'credit issued' confirmation, but that was a lie too. I believe they only have a couple people working, but they tried to tell me that I had to contact accounting dept at one point too. In the end, they never issued me the credit. Liars. That's what they are.
