Today is August 4th and I have NOT received my product. I tried calling and the customer service rep stated I ordered a special order item and it takes a while longer to ship out (which was NEVER advised to me anywhere on my online reciept or the website) Then the customer service rep transferred me to a shipping warehouse dept. which rand for 10 min and noone ever picked up. I called the store a week and a half ago, since then i have not been able to get anyone on the phone. I called my bank and sent a dispute to get my money back after waiting 3 weeks to recieve my order. I will NEVER use this company again. Horrible customer service, lack of information and disorganization. Ive been buying online for 8 years and I have NEVER had any problems. Would NOT advise anyone to purchase online through Abes of Maine.
