I ordered a jacket from Gander Mtn. and I thought I had gotten a great deal. Well that wasn't the case. They sent me an e-mail confirmation, but when I never got any shipment info, I called them. What they told me was really upsetting. They said that they cancelled my order (without my knowledge or an e-mail, or letting me know in any way) due to the fact that the jacket had just sold out. Well I told them that when I ordered the jacket was available, so they got all my credit card info and sold me the jacket when they didn't have any in stock?! They didn't try to reimburse me for my lost time or stress. It really was a shame that I got so excited about my jacket only to find out AFTER I paid for it that they didn't even have it in stock. 2 days later, I saw on their website that the jacket was again available. I didn't even want to waste my time with them again though and have to go through this all over again so I paid $30 more for my jacket elsewhere. I would rather do that than try and deal with this company again! What they did was unethical and very un-professional.
