Great laptop, terrible customer service. I've been trying to get ahold of ANYONE from this company. Emailed twice called 3 times. 1st time 'mailbox' for the company was full.. could not accept messages, 2nd time samething, 3rd time left a message and no one called me back. Oh ya and they forgot to ship my MS Office CD.
