I placed this LED TV order but cancelled before it was shipped so that I could upgrade to a larger LED TV. After I got a return authorization and reordered the larger set, I learned that the second model was out of stock. Despite, repeated requests they have charged me for both sets, and not credited my account for the TV which was never shipped to me. I have disputed with my credit card, but can't get them to credit my account.
Your response states that the TV has not yet been received by the warehouse, but your customer service representative stated that it was already back in the warehouse one week ago, but you still haven't processed a credit.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience, I have looked into your case and our records indicate that by the time you requested to cancel your order the television was already shipped to you. Your television is authorized for refund but has not yet been returned back to our warehouse.
I will contact the freight company to determine where the package and expedite your return and refund.
