I wanted to purchase the Leadtek Winfast Tv XP 2000 Deluxe, so i went into KCP and they ordered it in. Unfortunately there supplier forgot to include it in that weeks order, so they actually contacted me, and told me when it was going to be, and if i wanted to go buy it somewhere else i could. It came in on the next order (4 days later). And i couldn't be any happier with it, or with there service. There a compagny that does actually care, and that does listen to there customers. There extremely polite, freindly, and helpful. KCP rocks!
