BAIT AND SWITCH! I placed three orders with this company. The first one was for a motherboard. TechUSA called me to offer me an upgrade to a retail box for additional cost. I declined. I was then told that if I didnt pay extra then that item would be "out of stock". I declined again and they promptly canceled my order. Several hours later i receive another call from them about my second order which was a CPU. They said the CPU I ordered only had 384k of cache but they would upgrade me to one that had 684k of cache for an additional fee. I declined so they said the item was "out of stock" and they canceled my order. The next day I receive a call on the third order which was for one motherboard and 2 CPU's. Again they offer me the upgrades and I decline. I asked how much I would be billed and they gave me an inflated figure. I asked why the bill was so high and they said it was because of sales tax. I informed them that my order was tax exempt and after much debate they changed my order to the advertised price. A couple hours later they call again try to get me to upgrade. Once again my order becomes "out of stock" and they cancel the whole thing. Dont even waste your time here. They get you in the door with lowball prices but they WILL NOT FULFILL ANY ORDER AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE.

Case was poorly assembled. The power switch and wiring was not even attached to the front panel. It was just thrown into the bottom of the case. The power supply was only 400 watts even though they advertised 500 watts. My invoice even says 500 watts. When I asked for a credit to offset the price of a hot glue gun in order to finish the assembly, I was offered an RMA form. Why should I have to pay to ship it back when they should have put it together correctly in the first place? ACTUAL PRODUCT IS INFERIOR TO ADVERTISED PRODUCT.

Placed an order based on their ad on pricewatch for a monitor advertised as $108. The order total rang up to $215! When I asked them if they would honor their advertised price, I received no response. The next day I checked on my order status to find out they had canceled my order! NO RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER EMAILS AND BLATANTLY FALSE ADVERTISING!

Ordered a refurbished motherboard. They refused to ship it to the alternate shipping address on file with my credit card. Shipped it to my house instead where no one is home and the delivery person just leaves it outside. All I received was a plain board. No drivers disc, no manual, and no I/O shield plate. I received to response to my emails requesting the I/O shield. The only sound driver available on the manufacturer's website does not work properly. I had to make an I/O shield out of posterboard.

Shipped me a used CPU when I ordered a new CPU. It had crud smeared on the face and the underside was brown and discolored. No response to emails asking them to resolve the situation.

Extremely slow shippers. Waited 9 days to ship my order. I contacted them 7 days after my order to find out why it had not been delivered yet. They told me it would ship soon and offered no explanation or apology. I contacted them again a few days later only to find out they shipped it first class mail. Now, you would think they would have used an expedited shipping method to make up for lost time, but dont expect this company to care. Finally, on day 14 my product arrives. I checked Omni's website which promises SAME DAY SHIPPING and 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I contacted them to let them know I wasnt satisfied and was told there was nothing they could do for me and blamed the delay on the USPS. When I asked what the USPS had to do with them waiting 9 days to ship my order, again they offered no explanation. Omni cares nothing about my business and their policies stated on the website are BOLDFACED LIES. If you contact them with a problem they are rude and ignorant. Avoid doing business with Omni unless you enjoy being treated like a piece of trash.
