Great Customer Service, Prices and a large selection of quality products with free shipping.
I have purchased from Sonic Electronix both online and by phone, and either way, the experience of purchasing from Sonic is easy and pleasant. Sonic's Customer Service agents are always courteous and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I am the type of consumer that only gives a review about a company if my experience with that business is extremely outstanding or extremely unpleasant. And I am always buying something either online or at a store. So far, I have only had the type of service that Sonic Electronix has provided one other time in over 35 years as a consumer. While I have had so many unpleasant experiences with businesses within that same period of time, that I can't even put a number on that count. I will continue to purchase from Sonic and even use them as my main source for consumer electronics.
